Samuelle Dimairho started his formal career at the age of 15, trading financial securities on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange. He dropped out of high school at 17 to pursue automating the ZSE while self-studying for a chartered accountancy qualification — a vision that led him to co-found Chengetedzai Depository Company, Zimbabwe's first Central Securities Depository.
Samuelle co-founded the Aura Group and is the driving force behind its growth and diversification across ICT, software development, management consulting, property investments, energy solutions and strategic investments. Under his leadership, the Aura Group employs over 100 people across Southern Africa.
His entrepreneurial achievements have earned him numerous accolades, including Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 (2018), Most Influential Young Africans (2018), the World Economic Forum Global Shapers Youth Award (2018), JCI Creative Young Entrepreneur of the Year (2014) and the EO Global Student Entrepreneur Award (2014).
Samuelle serves as an advisor to the Graduate Development Agency and Young Entrepreneurs Sanctuary Africa, and is a member of Rotary International. Entirely self-taught after high school, he holds an ACCA Chartered Certified Accountant qualification, an ACCA Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business, and a BSc (Hons) Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.
